Monty Burke is a seasoned professional in the field of hearing healthcare with over 16 years of experience. As a dedicated and compassionate Hearing Instrument Specialist, Monty has made a significant impact on the lives of countless individuals by improving their hearing and overall quality of life.

Monty’s commitment to excellence is exemplified by his membership in the exclusive “Top 40 National Achievers Club,” a testament to his exceptional skills and unwavering dedication to his patients. Throughout his career, Monty has provided exceptional hearing care services in the Siouxland area, earning the trust and gratitude of the community he serves.

Monty has a passion for his lawn and utilizes his creative eye for his landscaping. He also likes to spend time drone piloting, AI technology and participating in various sporting activities.

Monty is an active member of the International Hearing Society (IHS) and the Iowa Hearing Association (IHA), where he continues to expand his knowledge and stay at the forefront of advancements in hearing instrument technology.

Debra Tyer is a PSC. Debra is originally from Sioux City, Iowa and moved back to Sioux City, Iowa in 2021 from Arizona. Debra attended West Hight School and started working at Sound Decision Hearing in 2021. Debra began working in the hearing industry in 2021 and was drawn to the profession because her parents believed she would be a good fit for the office they attend.

What Debra loves most about saving hearing lives is seeing patients smile because they can hear better for the first time in a long time. Debra strives/focuses/works on/etc. for to patients feeling welcomed, comfortable, important and valued in her everyday work with patients.

Outside of saving hearing lives, Debra loves spending quality time with family and friends.
